How do I use Securikey?
The first step to using SecuriKey is downloading the app and signing up. From there, you'll get a dedicated SecuriKey dedicated phone number. This number is yours and only yours. It links directly to your app.
Once you have your account setup and received your SecuriKey dedicated number, go to your building manager and request that your unit phone number be changed to your dedicated SecuriKey dedicated number. That way, when guests click on your name in the intercom, it'll call your SecuriKey dedicated number instead of your personal phone. Don't worry, if your guests don't have an entry code and still need to reach you, SecuriKey will call up to 5 personal phone numbers simultaneously until someone picks up – then they'll be able to chat and buzz in your guests as you would with a traditional intercom.

What do I tell my building manager?
After signing up for SecuriKey, all that's left is telling your building manager to change your contact number for your unit in the intercom. This should be no problem. Just simply tell them that you've got a new phone number. This is something they are trained and used to handling. Most business managers change the phone number in the intercom within one day.
My app won't login
Got a new phone? New to SecuriKey? We all have to login at some point. To login, you can use your SecuriKey dedicated number or the email that was used to initially set up the account. Your roommates or family members can also log into SecuriKey from their phones too using either the email or dedicated SecuriKey number. If you forgot your password, simply tap on the "Forgot Password" button on the SecuriKey login page on iOS or Android.
I need to change my credit card
Changing your credit card can be done from within the SecuriKey app. Simply tap the menu button in the top left corner of your application. From there, tap on "My Account" and click on "Payment method". Enter your new card information and save.
I want to upgrade my subscription
That's great! You can upgrade your subscription with a few taps through the SecuriKey app. Your upgrades are instant. Simply go to the "My Account" tab. From there, select on your current plan. Thereafter, you'll be presented with the different plan options. Feel free to upgrade or downgrade as often as you'd like. Remember to hit the blue button after!
I want to cancel my subscription
Just like we promised, you can cancel your SecuriKey subscription at no cost and at any time. We hate to see you leave, but if you insist, you can cancel your subscription and close your account by going to the SecuriKey app under the "My Account" tab and then clicking on your subscription.
